Your upcoming event will be organized by several classmates who volunteer their time and other resources to put on our Class of 1960 yearly special event.  Feel free to contact any of the following committee members if you have any questions or suggestions about the reunion or future reunions. 


You are invited to volunteer your time and/or resources.  There is a lot of work to do both preparing for and at the reunion events.  You are welcome to attend any of the scheduled committee meetings. 

Please contact Judy Osborne Longstreth (judylongstreth@comcast.net)  to let her know that you plan to attend a meeting, so she can see that your name is on the committee list.  The next meeting date will be posted on the cover (first) page of this website.

60th Reunion Committee Met in November for First Time
 
      The committee sat down for lunch at the Pine Cone Cafe in University Place and discussed the surveys filled out at the 55th Reunion concerning what kind of event the classmates wanted for the 60th Reunion.  In the survey the class said that they were interested in an event much like the one held in August 2015 for our 55th Reunion.  They liked the daytime, summer  reunion but would like to have another event for the 60th as well.  Many suggested that they would also like to have more less formal events during the years betweeen the 55th and 60th.  Therefore, the committee is going to plan a few informal get-togethers during the next couple of years and then, of course, the big 60th Reunion Events.  Watch the website for more information.

60th CP Class of 1960 Reunion is in the Planning
 
The 60th Reunion Committee is meeting on Wed., Oct. 16th at the Oak House Restaurant at the Oakbrook Golf Course Club House.  We will lunch together at 12:30 PM and then start the meeting to firm up the dates of our 60th class reunion.  A visitor from the Class of 1959 will talk about their reunion so we might have expectations of about how many people may attend our event(s).  John Dooley will speak to the group about his ability to get a room at the Tacoma Yacht Club on the evening before the main Picnic Event at the Tacoma Golf and Country Club.  Other ideas for making this an outstanding reunion will be discussed.  Trent Marvin will let us know how he is coming along with addresses and e-mail addresses.  After the meeting, information will be included on this website, so please keep in touch with the committee's progress as the months go by in 2020.  Can't wait to see everyone!
